This November we’re proud to welcome Mary-Ellen McTague to our kitchen. Mary-Ellen, who trained under Heston Blumenthal, is a leading light of Manchester’s food scene having had several of her own ventures in the city starting with a fine dining restaurant in Prestwich called Aumbry. Today, she is the driving force behind PIP, her latest venture, where she brings together seasonal produce, thoughtful cooking, and a passion for sustainability. Beyond her work in restaurants, Mary-Ellen is deeply involved in charity and community initiatives, using her skills and platform to support food education, fight food poverty, and champion access to good food for all.
